About the Role

We’re actively seeking a diligent Health & Safety Supervisor to satisfy the needs, containment and protection of our fish in Kagano and making sure that the Health & Safety procedures have been established and followed across and all aquaculture facilities including cages.

Skills Required

• Patrolling and guarding 
• People management 
• Risk analysis 
• Access control and CCTV experience 
• Security systems monitoring and maintenance 
• Boat handling and working in the Lake 

Requirements

• 5 + Years prior experience in risk management or compliance rolls
• Military or security experience required
• Superior attention to details in order to identify and correct risky practices
• Must be a strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and in writing
• Exemplify strong knowledge of industry protocols and best practices
• Should have a strong moral code and sense of ethics
• Must be able to swim
• Skippers license an added advantage
• CCTV knowledge essential
• Prepared to work night shifts out on the lake
• Padi open water one scuba licenses are added values
• Proven experience as Health & Safety supervisor or in the related areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed and reliable
• Extensive experience in preventing illegal activities and performing access control
